I first met Lailina, a truly gifted and inspirational fitness instructor, when she moved from New York to San Diego. She started as a spin instructor at my local gym and immediately made a positive impression on both myself and other class members.  Over the years, I've witnessed her growth and expansion of her fitness classes. This class is unlike any other I’ve experienced. It skillfully incorporates elements of strength, balance, core stability, and flexibility. Additionally, it focuses on muscle recovery, utilizing tools such as foam rollers and yoga tune-up balls. After the initial warm-up and strength exercises, Lailina expertly guides us through techniques to release knots and tight muscles, many of which we weren’t even aware existed.  This not only enhances our range of motion for daily activities but also improves our performance in various sports and exercises.​

As an active female athlete, I understand the importance of addressing muscle imbalances, which are often overlooked as we rush from one activity to another. Lailina’s class provides a comprehensive approach to fitness that addresses these issues. I highly recommend trying her class and incorporating it into your regular fitness routine.  Your body will thank you for it!​

Pre-Covid I was a gym participant in a few of Lailina’s classes and was extremely fortunate to have such a capable and caring instructor. Lailina is a very patient, enthusiastic and passionate instructor. Love her workouts and music! She corrects our exercise form to ensure we don't injure ourselves. We do warm up and cool downs, upper body, lower body and core workouts in addition to a form of dance for flexibility.
